Project Description:
Emergency response. Repair roof leaks and clean mold and mildew covered surfaces. Seal roof exhaust openings and repair chimney area and bathroom vent extensions. HVAC duct and HVAC systems and building interior shall be free of mold types specified in the Carolina Environmental report dated 5 Oct 2010. Mold Inspection and sampling. Work to be performed at the Durham Street USARC.
