Project Description: The general intention of this project consists of the upgrade of the facility to accommodate an ARMY Strong Community Center, which would consist of (1) renovating the kitchen break area to and ADA compliant unisex latrine, (2) extending the concrete entrance walkway, (3) renovating approximately 480 sf of the assembly/training area to accommodate two offices, (4) create a waiting area with carpeted children's play area and computer stations for patron use. (5) Additional work will include minor modifications to the HVAC system and minor electrical work to accommodate this activity. Work to be performance at the Miller-Duckett USAR Center, 306 E. French Broad Street, Brevard, NC 28712. Project work is to be executed as per scope of work provided.
